Bel has been working in the fitness industry for 6 years in a variety of gyms and studios both in group training and one on one PT training with a focus on Women’s Health and Fitness.
Bel’s very passionate about the needs of women and loves to help others find confidence and joy in moving theirs bodies and being the best version of themselves.
Bel believes a life of health, wellness and fitness comes from not only the physical but a positive and resilient mindset.
As a busy Mum of 3 Bel has always found training to be one of her greatest focuses for her own self-care and enjoys a variety of fitness activities including running, boxing, weight training, obstacle course racing, bootcamps and trail running.
Her greatness fitness achievement was completing the North Face 50km trail run through the Blue Mountains which tested her grit and determination.
